Complaints & Content Removal Policy

Dominatrix.club is committed to maintaining a lawful platform and to responding promptly to complaints about content. This policy explains how anyone — whether or not they have an account — can report content or conduct they believe is illegal, objectionable, or violates this policy, and how we respond.

1. Nature of Our Content

Dominatrix.club is an AI-powered interactive entertainment platform. All imagery and roleplay is AI-generated or original/licensed artwork, and does not depict real, identifiable persons. See our 18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement for details. We nonetheless provide and honor the reporting process below for any content believed to fall outside these standards.

2. What You Can Report

You may submit a complaint about any content or conduct that:

  • Appears to depict a real, identifiable person without consent
  • Appears to depict, reference, or sexualize a minor in any way
  • Appears non-consensual, or depicts coercion or trafficking
  • Is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property
  • Otherwise violates our Terms of Service

3. How to Submit a Complaint

Email hello@dominatrix.club with the subject line "Content Removal Request" and include as much of the following as you can:

  • A link (URL) or description identifying the content in question
  • The reason for your complaint and which category above it falls under
  • If you are the depicted individual or their representative, a statement to that effect
  • Your name and contact email so we can follow up

You do not need an account to submit a complaint, and you may request that we keep your identity confidential where permitted by law.

4. Our Response Timeline

  • Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.
  • Review & resolution: We will investigate and resolve valid complaints within 7 business days, and will remove or disable access to content that violates this policy or the law.
  • Urgent reports: Reports alleging content involving a minor or non-consensual material are treated as the highest priority and actioned immediately upon review.

5. Zero Tolerance & Mandatory Reporting

Dominatrix.clubhas a zero-tolerance policy for any content that sexualizes minors or depicts non-consensual conduct. Any such material is removed immediately, the responsible account is terminated, and we will report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate law enforcement authorities as required by law.

6. Removal of Your Own Information

If you believe content references your real identity or personal information, you may request its removal using the process above, or by exercising your data rights under our Privacy Policy.

7. Appeals

If you are an account holder and content you created was removed, you may appeal by replying to our notice or emailing hello@dominatrix.club within 14 days. We will review appeals and respond with our final determination.

8. Payment-Related Complaints

Billing or subscription complaints are handled separately — please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Charges are processed by CCBill and can also be addressed through CCBill Support.
