Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dominatrix.club ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Dominatrix.club, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we discover you are under 18.

3. Description of Service

Dominatrix.club is an AI-powered adult entertainment platform that provides interactive roleplay experiences with AI-generated dominatrix personalities. All interactions are:

  • Generated by artificial intelligence
  • Fictional and for entertainment purposes only
  • Not intended as psychological or therapeutic advice
  • Consensual fantasy roleplay scenarios

The Service is offered on a free tier with limited text messaging, and on paid tiers (recurring memberships and one-time credit packs) described in Section 5. AI personalities, scenarios, and any images are software-generated and may vary in quality, tone, and accuracy.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Memberships, Credits, and Payment

All payments are processed through CCBill, a third-party payment processor specializing in adult content services. We offer two types of paid purchase:

  • Memberships (recurring): A membership gives you unlimited text chat plus a monthly allotment of credits, and renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. Pricing for each tier is shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
  • Credit packs (one-time): You may also buy one-time packs of credits. These are single charges and do not auto-renew.

5.1 Virtual Credits

Credits are a limited, revocable license to access metered features of the Service (such as image generation). Credits:

  • Have no cash value, are not money, and are not a stored-value or prepaid account or instrument
  • Are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or exchanged between accounts
  • Are not redeemable for cash and are generally non-refundable once purchased, except as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy or where required by law
  • May be forfeited if your account is terminated or suspended for a violation of these Terms, or if your account is deleted

We may adjust the credit cost of any feature, the credits granted by a plan, or the price of credits going forward; changes do not affect credits you have already been charged for.

5.2 Billing, Trials, and Taxes

  • Billing: Memberships are billed in advance and renew automatically each period; one-time credit packs are charged once at purchase
  • Trials & promotions: Free trial periods or promotional credits may be offered; if a trial converts to a paid membership you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first
  • Price changes:We may change membership or credit pricing with at least 30 days’ notice for recurring plans; the new price applies to renewals after the notice period
  • Taxes: Prices may not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Share your account with others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
  • Use automated tools or bots to access the Service
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff
  • Use the Service to generate, request, or attempt to elicit “deepfake” images or video, or any depiction or strong likeness of a real, identifiable person, without that person’s documented consent
  • Generate, request, or attempt to elicit content depicting or implying minors, or anyone presented as under 18, in any context — including age regression, “little”, or school/childhood scenarios
  • Generate or request non-consensual scenarios, including sexual content involving anyone asleep, unconscious, or incapacitated by drugs or alcohol
  • Generate or request incest or sexual scenarios between family members
  • Generate or request bestiality, watersports/scat, snuff, or content depicting real injury, gore, or death
  • Generate or request prostitution/escorting transactions, or content that promotes illegal activity or hatred toward a protected group

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Dominatrix.club, including AI personalities, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. AI RESPONSES ARE GENERATED AUTOMATICALLY AND MAY NOT ALWAYS BE APPROPRIATE OR ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dominatrix.club, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the operator of Dominatrix.club is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

14. Billing Descriptor

Charges for Dominatrix.club subscriptions will appear on your credit card or bank statement as "CCBILL.COM" or a similar CCBill descriptor. If you have questions about a charge, please contact CCBill Support.
