This Privacy Policy describes how Dominatrix.club ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our Service.

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Username (optional)
  • Password (encrypted)
  • Age verification confirmation

1.2 Usage Data

We automatically collect:

  • Pages visited and features used

1.3 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by CCBill. We do not store your credit card numbers or banking details. CCBill may collect:

  • Billing name and address
  • Payment card details (stored by CCBill only)
  • Transaction history

1.4 Sensitive Information

Because of the nature of the Service, your chat content and preferences may reveal information about your sex life or sexual orientation. Under GDPR and UK GDPR this is "special category" data. We process it only with your explicit consent, which you give when you create your account, and solely to provide and personalize the Service. You can withdraw this consent at any time by deleting the relevant data or your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve the Service
  • Process transactions and send billing notifications
  • Personalize your experience and AI interactions
  • Send service-related communications
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

Our legal bases for processing are your consent (including explicit consent for the sensitive data described in section 1.4), performance of our contract with you to deliver the Service, and our legitimate interests in securing the Service and preventing fraud.

3. Information Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service, and only as needed for them to perform that function:

  • Payment processing (CCBill): to take payment, manage memberships, and handle refunds and chargebacks
  • AI text & image generation: your prompts and chat content are sent to AI providers to generate responses and images
  • Hosting & infrastructure: cloud hosting, databases, and image/file storage used to operate the Service
  • Content moderation: automated services that screen content for safety and legal compliance (see Section 11)
  • Legal authorities: when required by law, to comply with legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit
  • Encrypted password storage
  • Regular security audits
  • Access controls and authentication

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

  • Account data: Until you delete your account
  • Chat history: Until you delete it or your account
  • Payment records: As required by law (typically 7 years)
  • Server logs: 90 days

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Export your data (data portability)
  • Opt out of marketing communications

11. Automated Content Moderation

To keep the Service safe and lawful, content (including chat messages and AI-generated images) may be screened by automated systems and, where necessary, reviewed by our staff. These systems are designed to detect and block prohibited material — in particular any content that sexualizes minors or depicts non-consensual conduct. Where the law requires it, confirmed illegal material and associated account data may be preserved and reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
